Roller Coaster Day (and I don't really like roller coasters)

Is this labor or what? One minute I feel fine, rejuvenated, and functional. The next minute I am having all these strange pains: ton of pressure, contractions and random cervical pain. I rest for a minute and the pain and pressure subside.

Nothing has really intensified since yesterday. As a result, I have not gone to the hospital or anything. I have this fear I am going to go in, be checked and they'll say, "oh, you're still a 2; sorry, you hurt so bad. Pregnancy just sucks. Well, come back when you can actually time your contractions, you're spotting or you're water has broken." Oye! It's just not worth it at this point.

My most effective pain management strategy is a warm bath and 2000mg of Tylenol (which barely phases anything).

I have noticed when I am rested, I don't hurt nearly as bad. Mom is helping me with laundry today because Ryan has young mens. I'm grateful for the help. This morning I was okay, by the afternoon I am exhausted and the pressure and pain is much worse.

I did try calling Dr. Sanders office today. It's surgery day, so that was pointless.

This afternoon the WIC lactation consultant called. After her probing, I told her what has been happening. She said, "When do you think you'll have your baby then? Like next week." I explained how I dilated early with Suzanne but still had to be induced. She said, "Well, I can see why you wouldn't want to get your hopes up then." Yep, exactly.
