36 hours+ of almost no sleep

I'm not sure if Eric knows when I am about to write in my blog....it seems like he does because he starts fussing. We were on a roll a couple nights ago. I thought, "Yes, we are going to have this kid sleeping though the night in the next week or two." Now we are all messed up. He barely slept last night. I can't get him to sleep tonight. He's barely napping. He's not running a fever; so, I don't think he is sick. But something is definitely out of whack. I'm not sure what to do. He wants to breastfeed all the time but has started latching on strangely and doesn't stay latched on for long. I resorted to a bottle tonight. He gulped so quickly that he started choking and started crying. He wouldn't drink any more after that.
