CRAZY kids stories

Eric:
He's official 7 weeks old and wearing 3-6 month clothes. He's getting huge! I'm not sure how much he weighs since we haven't been to his 2 month well-baby yet. His torso is so long, his shoulders are taller than the tallest slot on his infant car seat. That one has thrown me for a loop. Not sure what do do about that since the straps are supposed to be above their shoulders. Unless infant car seats are some strange exception. Hum???

Eric had a blow-out of phenomenal proportions two days ago. There was so much poop it went up his onsie and touched the bottom of his hair line. I think that's got to be some kind of record.

Suzanne:
All I can say is POTTY TRAINING is NOT working. If you don't like poopy stories, do not read the rest of this paragraph. We were at Sports Authority last night and Suzi got stuck in one of the stationary bikes. We had no idea she was stuck because we had run up to the cashier's desk assuming she was with Luke right behind us. When I noticed she was missing, I found her saying in a quite voice, "Mom, I'm stuck." Then she said, "I pooped." GREAT! I was carrying her out to the car in a hurry when her "business" fell right out of her pants on the sidewalk right in front of the door of Sports Authority. GROSS! Needless to say, we got it "cleaned up" and headed home. OYE!

Luke:
Luke told me today--out of the blue-- "I'm going to marry someone beautiful. . . we are going to have kids and watch movies." Apparently all Ryan and I do is have kids and watch movies. I guess that's not too bad! I thought it was a pretty funny comment.

We randomly went to Riverton this last weekend to see Ryan's parents. Then we headed up to Logan to decide if we wanted to move there this summer. It was an interesting experience. I cannot say if any of our plans are finalized. Ryan is going to start working at Staples again. He'll be working two jobs for a while and doing some more computer classes to help himself get to where he wants to be....so that's stressful.
I've debated on going back to school to work on my masters some more--admittedly, I want to do it for the social outlet. Pretty expensive "hobby" though...

  1. Infant carseat straps are suppose to be below the shoulder - for a rear facing carseat. it is only when the are forward faceing are the straps suppose to be at or above the shoulder- so you just had then confused.
