We test drove a minivan on Saturday....yuck! We need more room than the Lancer provides. Neither Ryan nor I liked it. The day ended in us driving to American Fork to buy a Ford Explorer. It's a 1992, but it has everything we need, low miles and NO CAR PAYMENTS! It was a win-win situation for us and the person selling the vehicle. Now I'm working on getting it registered so we can actually use it.
Luke must be feeling pretty lonely in our move. This morning he made a list of names of all the people he hopes writes to him. The list included: Ethan, Addie, Payton & Blake. As far as we know, there are no children his age that live by us.
It literally snowed all day yesterday and most of the morning. The sky is starting to clear! Hallelujah!
Glad to see you've joined the ranks of us SUV owners. *wink* Sounds like you got a good deal. Yay! And I'll see what I can do about having Peyton "write" and ease Luke's loneliness a little. We sure miss you all!
ReplyDeleteWe feel the same way about minivans! I completly understand the snowing. I have never lived somewhere when you walk out side it is so cold you cant breath. I had to work at out car doors for about 5 min today just to get them open- they were forzen shut. It is VERY cold and snowy here as well.
