Painting, painting and more painting

Trying to prep our house for renters has become a thorn in my side. I am grateful to have someone willing to rent our house; yet, I am exhausted by overly ambitious preparations.

The goal was to paint a few rooms....every project ends up being considerably more time consuming than expected.

Thankfully, a few more touch ups and I'm done! (Thanks to Ryan's help on Saturday!)
